The SCOR/Six Sigma/Lean Convergence Forum is an annual event organized by the Supply-Chain Council for attendees, both SCC members and nonmembers, to share experience and ideas on how the Supply-Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model complements and enhances Lean and/or Six Sigma initiatives.

SCOR is a cross-industry model designed to analyze a supply chain and identify improvement opportunities in both Material flow and Work & Information flow.  Using SCOR as a prelude to Lean Six Sigma offers advantages such as providing comprehensive analysis of a supply chain, focusing on the customer as the end-point, and enabling the selection of projects that will have the most impact on achieving strategic objectives.

PRAGMATEK participates closely in the Supply Chain Council and was a founding member of the Council's SCOR/Six Sigma/Lean special interest group.  PRAGMATEK is the "silver sponsor" of this year's forum.
