Project Management Track Record
PRAGMATEK understands that the only true measure of our success is the

Ours is a reputation-based business; our position in the market, our
ability to use references, and our desire to win new business, increase
market share, and meet our growth objectives depends exclusively on that

So in 1997 we adopted a marketing tagline to communicate that idea:
"Success is the Only Option." Some may think it's brash, and it
certainly puts us in a visible position. But we're comfortable in this position.

The data presented in the chart at the right is based on three sources.
The Standish Group published results of a survey they conducted
measuring mid-sized companies' experience in ERP implementations: amount of
functionality realized (they found only 40%), adherence to schedule
(240%, or 2.4 times longer than planned) and adherence to budget (180%, or 1.8
times more expensive than planned). PRAGMATEK's Client Satisfaction
Questionnaires have gathered the same information of our clients at the
close of engagements since late 1999. Our results are near perfect in
each of the same measures. Information Week Magazine found an overall
satisfaction of 71% with integrators and consultants based on a large
survey of client organizations. PRAGMATEK's overall satisfaction record
is over 95%.
