Steve Bloom
CEO
Steve is the point man for Pragmatek's overall leadership and direction. After four years with IBM in IT consulting, Steve started in sales with Pragmatek in 1991. The business grew quickly and within three years, Steve acquired controlling interest and became the CEO. Over the years he has been especially passionate about building and maintaining a great company where employees and clients can be successful. He has been involved in numerous business and civic groups, including the founding of Social Venture Partners of MN. A graduate of Gustavus in St. Peter, MN, Steve is most proud of the tremendous people and unique culture that separates Pragmatek from other companies in the industry. His life motto is, that if you can't burn the candle at both ends, don't light it.

Jeff Etten
CFO
Jeff is in charge of the financial management and administrative functions of Pragmatek. He has more than 25 years of experience in financial management for public and private companies ranging from start up companies to those with more than $400 million in revenue. Jeff has been with Pragmatek since 2007 after previously working for Medical CV, Voice and Wireless Corporation, Heritage Computer Company and Solutronix Corporation. He has an Accounting degree from UW Eau Claire. He is also an active advisor to a local non-profit entity, Midwest Challenge.

Tim Allen
COO
Tim is responsible for developing and managing Pragmatek's professional service offerings. With 25 years of business management experience including 15 years as a senior level executive, Tim has the know-how and dedication to bring huge value to Pragmatek's clients. A management consultant expert with superb teaching skills, he has provided major operational improvements for nearly 100 Pragmatek clients since 1999. Prior to joining Pragmatek he worked at E&A Financial Corporation, the Idaho Innovation Center/EIEDC, at Nova Fabrication, Inc. and St. Cloud State University. Tim earned his BA degree from the University of Minnesota and has an MBA from the Carlson School of Business with a concentration in Management and Finance.

Jeremy Bupp
Senior VP and Principal
Jeremy is responsible for managing and growing Pragmatek engagements with companies who utilize SAP. With nearly 30 years of operational and business integration experience, Jeremy brings tremendous practical know-how to clients in many different business segments. His background includes entrepreneurial business launches along with mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining Pragmatek in 1999, Jeremy worked for Colima Development, GE Capital Services, Meridian Technology Services and IBM. Jeremy has a BA in Management Sciences and Business Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has done advanced studies at the GE Executive Institute and the IBM Management Institute.

Myron Goeser
VP SAP Delivery Services
Myron provides SAP implementation planning and delivery oversight for Pragmatek’s SAP Practice. With 16+ years consulting experience, including 12+ years with Accenture, Myron has a proven track record of delivering results. He has planned, managed and delivered 20+ SAP programs and initiatives on time and within budget. Myron has assisted clients in the manufacturing, automotive, medical products, print & publishing, telecommunications, professional services, and retail industries. Prior to starting his consulting career, Myron worked as a manufacturing engineer for Honeywell’s Defense Avionics System Division. He has an Industrial Engineering degree from North Dakota State University, along with a Finance degree.

Mike King
VP Enterprise Performance Management
Mike is responsible for managing Pragmatek’s Enterprise Performance Management service offering, which complements Pragmatek’s SAP analytics expertise. EPM deepens client skill sets in financial planning activities, including budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and scorecards. Mike’s extensive performance management background includes two years at IBM and two years at Cognos before its purchase by IBM. Prior to that he was a VP at Goldman Sachs in New York and director of technology for United Health Care Group in Minneapolis. His broad consulting experience includes director of business intelligence for Answerthink in New York, VP of data warehousing for Renaissance Solutions in Indianapolis, and senior manager of Andersen Consulting’s data warehousing practice in New York. King holds a bachelor’s degree from State University of New York. He is a member of the Data Warehousing Society and American Management Association.

Scott Swanson
VP Sales
Scott is responsible for sales, business development and relationship
management across Pragmatek's service offerings.
With 26 years of experience and a proven track record delivering
results, Scott has played a significant role in building the Pragmatek
client base to what it is today. Prior to joining the company in 1997,
Scott worked for Burroughs Corporation, OEI Business Forms, Granite
Pointe Partners and Trissential. Scott has a BA in Business
Administration from Gustavus Adolphus College and resides in Edina, MN
with his wife Debby, and two daughters, Abby and Olivia.
