Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Planning
The Enterprise Architecture and Infrastructure Planning Center of Excellence is a practice applying comprehensive and rigorous methods for describing a current and/or future structure and behavior for an organization's processes, information systems, personnel and organizational sub-units, so that they align with the organization's core goals and strategic direction.
Enterprise architecture has become a common practice across all industry verticals and business units with the adoption of Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) approaches, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) implementations, software suites, Data Warehouse (DW), and Business Intelligence (BI) initiatives.
The outcome of a PRAGMATEK Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) effort is the creation of a strategic enterprise plan and enterprise architecture via Enterprise Information Integration (EII) that ensures business strategy and IT investments are aligned, enabling the audibility and traceability of the underlying technology supporting the business strategy.
The CoE is structured along two key dimensions:
- Enterprise Architecture & Infrastructure Planning
- Implementation of EAI Initiatives
